While visiting New York, British athlete Mike Carter gets unwittingly entangled in a Mafia scheme when he is abducted and subjected to plastic surgery to look like the notorious gangster Vito Scarlatti. Now on the lam from law enforcement, Carter must locate the true Scarlatti in order to clear his name and evade further danger.
