Thatchem United was a lower division team consisting exclusively of Robinson family members, all trained by Grandma Robinson. The team squad included Crash Robinson as the goalie, along with Alf, Fred, Grizzly Bear, Ron, and Tich Robinson. Their crowning achievement came when they reached Wembley and clinched the League Cup, reminiscent of Swindon Town’s historic 1969 victory over Arsenal in the same tournament.
