When his father, diplomat Sir Nigel Flynn, is appointed governor of the remote island of St. Columba in the South Atlantic, schoolboy Terry ‘Fisty’ Flynn is forced to relocate. Terry’s struggles to settle in are exacerbated by his unhappiness and quick temper, especially when the South American country of Beruvia starts funding rebel attacks on the island.
